GutCheckCast 2.0 Ep 34 - Solo By The Numbers

Doug's flying solo this week, as Zach was (in technical terms) "crazy overscheduled" this week.

Zach's down a bit.
Doug's holding steady.

Doug talks state budgets, calorie budgets (in the form of Subway PDF's you can print from here), and Red Robin's Burger Customizer (henceforth known as "Pimp My Burger").

Updated: Holly Lisle's Motivation Course available by itself

If you're interested in goal setting and would like to get the whole system for generating motivation, Holly Lisle has just made that instruction on motivation I mentioned in the last GutCheckCast available on its own for $34.95.

I've been taking the "How to Think Sideways" Course for the last six months, and I believe the information on motivation alone is worth everything I've paid for the course to date, which is a heck of a lot more than 34.95, if that's any motivation.
